Now You Can transfer your savings account to any SBI branch using www.onlinesbi.com for that login to your Onlinesbi account at homepage.
- Click “my accounts & profile” tab click on “profile” in drop down menu then click on “personal details/mobile” option type your profile password here and click on submit after clicking on submit.
- You’ll see this page as we want to change mobile without visiting the branch. we’ll click “change mobile number domestic only”.
You can see 3 option to update your mobile number first is through OTP-In which you will get an OTP on both the mobile numbers (Old & New). Second is internet banking request approval through ATM”
in which you have to visit any State Bank ATM for approving the mobile number updating request and third is “approval through contact center” in which contact center person will call you for verification
you can select any of three options according to your convenience we are showing you the process to update mobile number through OTP after selecting this , click proceed.
You will see all of your accounts here select the account for which you poses the debit(ATM) card
we have only one account, which is already selected. click proceed.

As we click proceed, we’ll get this type of SMS on our both mobile number (OLD & NEW) the active number will be different in both SMS you have to copy from activate to reference number.
In these SMS and send it from both the mobiles to 567676. So we have completed the process to update the mobile number you can check the status on “personal details”.
